            Booking terms

            Reservation conditions
            When booking, you must pay a 30% deposit, non-refundable.
            You can do this either by bank transfer, PayPal or cash.
            After receipt of payment for the reservation, we will send you a receipt.

            The remaining 70% must be paid 1 month before your arrival.

            Cancellation policy
            4 weeks before arrival = we refund 60%
            2 weeks before arrival = we refund 40%
            1 weeks before arrival = we refund 0%
            If we find you a replacement, we will refund 80%

            COVID19 SPECIAL CANCELLATION: In the event of cancellation due to Covid19, your deposit may be valid for another period in the same property and without time limit. This deposit may also be forwarded to another person of your choice.

            Security deposit
            A security deposit of 300 € cash is requested the day of your arrival in cash. This deposit is refundable no later than 7 days after departure and subject to a satisfactory inventory of fixtures.

            Normal final cleaning is included in the price.
            Cleaning is normal, if we find the villa tidy and orderly as on your arrival. If, for example, the cleaning ladies have to start by putting everything in order, doing the dishes, ..... this will be counted in addition to 12 € per hour.

            Electricity consumption is not included in the price. But you will only pay for consumption and not all that is added to an electricity bill. In your precense, there will be a meter reading on arrival and on departure. The KW is counted at 0.20 €.

            Household linen is included in the price. This includes kitchen towels, 2 towels per person and bed linen. During your stay, we do no hotel service, but you have a washing machine in all our rentals. WE DO NOT PROVIDE BEACH TOWELS.
            If you prefer to bring your own linen, please notify us in advance and in this case we will deduct € 12 per person.

            During your stay, if you need a cleaning lady, please ask us and depending on availability, we will find you one. Allow 15 € per hour, including travel.

            Swimming pool: We take care of its maintenance. Products and cleaning.

            Baby-sitting service on request. Very responsible woman
